RETURN POLICY

Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal. For any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept the return in its original brand new condition with tags attached including packaging plastic bag with style number label enclosed, no sign of worn, sense/odor, wash, defective, nor flaw as it was sent to you within 21 days of receipt and it must be postmarked including a complete Return Form. We do not accept return on all swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, accessories, and sale item(s) as they are final sales.

REFUND
For any reasons you are not happy with your order, simply send the return item(s) back to us and we'll  be happy to issue you a refund of merchandise purchase price less 25% restocking fee in the original method of payment. Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless an error is made by us. All swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, accessories, and sale item(s) are final sales. Please send the return item back to us meeting all of the following return requirements or the return item will be returned to sender as final sale. No Exception.

1. Item must be in its original brand new condition with tags attached and it must has no sign of worn, sense/odor, wash, defective, nor flaw as it was sent to you.
2. Item must be enclosed in its original item's packaging plastic bag with style number label.
3. Item must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt.
4. Complete a Return Form and include a copy of your order receipt/invoice along with the return shipment.
5. We recommend sending your return with USPS delivery confirmation and insurance to ensure safe delivery. iFashion Style is not responsible for any damage nor lost on uninsured return shipment.

Refunds are processed upon receiving the return items in its original condition as stated above. Refunds are given for the merchandise purchase price less 25% restocking fee and will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

OTHER RETURNS
Should any shipment package(s) is returned back to us due to customer's error by providing wrong shipping address, refused, and/or unclaimed package, please note that we will automatically charge 25% restocking fee from the merchandise purchase price. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
